| Description | Parsi New Year jashan was held at Te Tuhi, Reeves Road on the 17th of August 2016. It was very nice to see large numbers attending our religious ceremony The jashan was led by Ervard Viraf Fatakia and Ervard Jamsheed Tata accompanied by Ervard Riyasp Bhandari, Ervard Karan Bhandari, Ervard Navzad Chor, Ervard Zairab Karkaria, Ervard Behzad Karkaria, Ervard Bakhtiyaar Engineer. We also thank Tehmus & Jarafshan Mistry, Philly & Yasmin Karani, Zarir & Havovi Chor, Porus & Benifer Irani , Shirish & Gulshan Vagal, Yezdi & Kashmira Amrolia, Darius & Edwina Mistry, Cherag Elavia for their donations, monetary/in kind, towards the jashan. ZANZ held its Christmas-cum-New Year Party on the 17th of December 2016 with 192 people attending the function. The community had a great time getting their photos clicked, by The Photobooth Company, with various props. They danced endlessly to the foot-tapping music of Electric Blues Children as well as Adults enjoyed Cheerful & Jolly Santa. Thank you to Petty Mistry, who made the evening joyous. The buffet with delectable ham, chicken, bake & salad was most appreciated and not to miss the Christmas cake and ice cream. Everyone enjoyed to their fullest. We received tremendous positive response from members and the community at large! A BIG THANK YOU to all our donors, (cash/kind), without YOU our event would not have been such a huge success.
